Cancellation Policy

For individual treatments a £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking. For a course £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking. The deposit will secure your booking/s.

At least 48 hours notice must be given if you wish to cancel your appointment.

​

If less than 48hrs notice cancelation is given 50% of your deposit will be required to cover the booking.

All course treatments must be used within 8 weeks. Please give plenty of notice if needing to cancel.

​

You will be required to sign a waiver to agree with the cancelation policy.
