Each appointment that you book is confirmed by text. All services require a booking fee to secure your appointment and are non-refundable. Payment required through PayPal or bank transfer, if for any reason you cancel your appointment after paying your deposit before 48hrs you have up to 3 months to redeem your deposit against either the same treatment or another of your choice. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking your treatment; failure to do so will cancel your booking. We accept Klarna & Clearpay and all credit cards as payment.
